1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products provided by Scalestatic (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or downloading our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use our products.

2. Digital Products

Scalestatic sells digital design assets, including but not limited to Figma templates and related design files (“Products”).

All Products are delivered electronically via email. No physical goods will be shipped.

3. Licence Grant

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Product for personal or commercial use.

You may:

• Use the templates for your own projects

• Modify and customise them as you like

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product

• Share the files publicly or privately

• Claim the Product as your own intellectual property

• Upload the Product to template marketplaces

Ownership of the Product remains with Scalestatic at all times.

4. Payment

All prices are displayed at checkout.

Payment must be made in full before access to the Product is granted.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel.

Refunds will not be issued except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of Scalestatic.

Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

Scalestatic shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits

• Issues arising from modification of the Product

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, sales performance, or business outcomes from using our templates.

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted functionality.

9. Account & File Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any download links provided.

We are not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from sharing your download link.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By purchasing our Products, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
